My name is Alisha Allison.
I am a graduate student at the Craig Newmark School of Journalism at CUNY, currently interning City & State New York.
During my first semester at the Craig Newmark School of Journalism, I gained skills in data journalism and photojournalism, in addition to strengthening my writing abilities.
In 2024, I obtained my Political Science BA and Journalism certificate from University at Buffalo.
I have bylines in City & State New York; The Spectrum, University at Buffalo’s student-led newspaper; and Her Campus, an online magazine for college women.
